Data Extraction

Our customer requested our services to oversee the data extraction of One Million Documents. Our Project Information Management team was involved with writing and reviewing the functional requirements and design specification. An external party was used for the data extraction with our team facilitating and managing the interfaces including the data transfer. The extracted data was reloaded into SPFO including the enabling of hot spotting of tags on the documents. QA/QC scripts were created to ensure the extracted data matched to what was loaded into SPF.
